However, when he did not appear and was not available hours later, the police and fire brigade started an unsuccessful search with emergency services and drones, which was initially discontinued in the early morning. In the early Saturday morning at around 6 a.m., the stray man was finally picked up northwest of Eisenhüttenstadt near Schernsdorf. Surprisingly, he was heavily drunk and claimed to have been robbed by robbers a few hours earlier, the police said on Sunday afternoon.
