A shadow has laid down on the LBS Immobilien Nordwest, but at the same time new hopes flash! On October 1st, Volker Goldbeck took over the reins of the management in Münster - very fresh, very energetic! His predecessor, Helmut Steinkamp, ​​left us much too early at the age of 60, but his vision lives on.

Goldbeck is no stranger to the industry. He started in 2014 as a working student and quickly fought his way up. After several stations in controlling and as Head of Central Sales Management, he demonstrated his skills. "The occasion is sad," says Maik Jekabsons, the board member, who is holding the threads in his hand. "But we are grateful that with Volker we have an experienced colleague from our own ranks who continues the successful work."

Martin Englert, who is currently heading the LBS Immobilien shops in Schleswig-Holstein, will take over the sales department of LBSI Northwest from April 1, 2025. "With both personal details we have created the prerequisites to set up LBSi in terms of personnel and future -proof," explains Jekabson's proudly. These two men are ready to give everything! They follow in the footsteps of their predecessors and have to continue the impressive record of the LBSI Northwest-the real estate subsidiary of the Landesbausparkasse mediates over 13,500 properties worth a whopping 3 billion euros!

The LBSi Nordwest is not just a job, but a heart of the market in North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Berlin and Bremen. Eight out of ten properties sold are purchased by buyers to live in them. A considerable number of potential buyers-around 150,000 real estate prospective and 3.2 million building society savers-is being looked after here.
