Start of the Treptow -Köpenicker Natural Talent competition - participate now!

Der diesjährige Wettbewerb „Treptow-Köpenicker Naturtalente“ hat begonnen, wie Marco Brauchmann, Bezirksstadtrat für Weiterbildung, Schule, Kultur und Sport, bekannt gegeben hat. Bei diesem Wettbewerb nehmen die aktuellen vierten Klassen der Schulen in Treptow-Köpenick, darunter Grundschulen und Grundstufen der Gemeinschaftsschulen, teil. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler werden herausgefordert, Aufgaben rund um die Natur und das Fahrrad zu lösen. Die 15 kniffligen und kreativen Aufgaben wurden von den drei außerschulischen Lernorten Gartenarbeitsschule, Jugendverkehrsschule und Freilandlabor Kaniswall entwickelt. Diese Aufgaben können im Rahmen des Sachkundeunterrichts oder bei Besuchen der genannten Lernorte bearbeitet werden. This year's “Treptow-Köpenicker Natural Talent” competition has started, as Marco Brauchmann, district councilor for further training, school, culture and sport, announced. The current fourth classes of the schools in Treptow-Köpenick, including primary schools and basic levels of the community schools, take part in this competition. The pupils are challenged to solve tasks related to nature and bicycle.

The 15 tricky and creative tasks were developed by the three extra -curricular learning locations garden work school, youth transport school and open -air laboratory Kaniswall. These tasks can be processed as part of the expertise lessons or when visiting the learning locations mentioned. The fifth task from every learning location in which the pupils have to go on a discovery tour or become creative is a special challenge.

There are attractive prices for the participating classes: The 1st place receives teaching and learning aids worth € 300, the € 2,0th place and € 100 €. In addition, each participating class receives a class certificate. The students have time to submit their answers by May 24, 2024, with the registration deadline on May 17, 2024.

Such competitions not only promote interest in nature and the environment among the students, but also strengthen team spirit and cooperation within the class. It is encouraging to see how educational institutions and extra -curricular learning places work together to offer the students exciting opportunities for the practical use of their knowledge.
