Treptow-Köpenick celebrates the 75th birthday of Siegfried Stock

Today is a special day for Treptow-Köpenick because we celebrate Siegfried Stock's 75th birthday. Stock has made significant contributions to the development and cohesion of our district over the years. His commitment and work have significantly shaped political and social life in Treptow-Köpenick.

Siegfried Stock was not only a former district councilor and district mayor, but also the long-time head of the district council in Treptow-Köpenick. His term was shaped by his commitment to the interests of the citizens, especially in terms of education, culture, urban development and social cohesion.

In particular, his work as an education city council has significantly shaped the Treptower education system after the reunification of Berlin. His endeavor to modern education for all young people was reflected in his initiatives and projects. In addition, he promoted the culture in the district and contributed significantly to the expansion of Wista Adlershof's economic and science location.
