New office hours in the Office for Social Affairs from April 15th, 2024

Since April 15, 2024, there have been a changed office hours in the Office for Social Affairs. The new opening times affect various areas such as basic security, help for living, help for care, asylum leag, burial costs, granting performance for refugees from Ukraine according to the AsylbLG and SGB XII. The consultation hours for these matters take place from now on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

In addition, the office can be accessed by telephone. The initial advice center can be reached from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday. The processing is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. There are also new office hours for questions regarding accommodation and rent debts. These take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Separate contacts are available for inquiries by email. If you have any questions, you can contact accommodation.soz@ba-tk.berlin.de, at rent debts to soz-wohnen@ba-tk.berlin.de. In addition, the office can be reached by phone at (030) 90297 - 1771.

It is important to note that no open consultation is offered on Mondays to make work in office efficient.
