From the 22. November 2024 up to 28. February 2025 A fascinating chapter in history: The exhibition "The Historical Silicon Valley in Schönweide" takes visitors into the exciting beginnings of electrical engineering and the important milestones that have been set here.

More than a century ago, around 1900, a groundbreaking founding center was launched here by the General Elektrizitäts-Gesellschaft (AEG). This center not only revolutionized the power technology, but also took a key position in the electrification of Europe and the world. A true pioneering spirit blew through the halls of Oberschöneweide at the time!
