The district center Rheinstraße/Bundesallee in Friedenau is an important meeting point and supply area for the residents. To ensure that the center meets future needs, the district office Tempelhof-Schöneberg is developing an integrated strategy of action in cooperation with the Location office: S. This strategy is implemented as part of the funding program "Sustainable inner cities and centers (ZIZ)". In order to take into account the opinions and wishes of the residents, an online survey is carried out.

The district office cordially invites all residents to take part in this survey and contribute their ideas and opinions. District Mayor Jörn Oltmann emphasizes the importance of local opinions and ideas for the design of the district center.

Participation in the online survey is possible until November 30, 2023. The knowledge gathered is evaluated by the Location office: S and presented in a public event in December. The results flow into the new action program for the district center.

The federal program "Sustainable inner cities and centers (ZIZ)" is implemented by the Federal Institute for Building, Urban and Spatial Research (BBSR) on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB).
