The focus: Review of the 5th women's policy reception
On March 21, 2024, the fifth women's policy reception took place in the Varité Salon of the UFAFAFARIK, in which politics, administration and freelance organizations came together to advance the district equality policy. In addition to the speech by Ulla Heinrich, the focus this year was the presentation of women's projects in the district. The exhibition "Women in Motion" by photographer Bettina Straub and Inpäd e.V. as well as the mentoring program "Side by Side" by Goldnetz gGmbH were presented.
In the district, the women's policy reception found a positive response because it offers a platform for the exchange and cooperation between politics, administration and free providers. The presentation of women's projects enables the needs and challenges of women in the district to draw attention and to discuss specific solutions.
