Experience the 14th Berlin family night: water, music and creativity!

Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of water! Under the extremely inviting motto "Plitsch, splash - dive with us!" Opens the children's museum in the old Mälzerei Lichtenrade on the 14th day of the open house for curious families. From 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., children between 4 and 12 years can research the secrets of water. A special highlight: With the water flea Daphne, exciting experiments are carried out on the subject of "bubbling and happiness". Here it is playfully explored how important habitats and food are related in the water. Did you know that there are fascinating creatures that also come to life in the dark? Let yourself be surprised!

And that's not all! On the second floor it gets really loud and happy: the adult education center (VHS) and the music school have prepared an exciting program. Large and small musicians can try out instruments, drum and even dance here! No matter whether violin, flute or piano - all instruments are ready to be discovered. A pre-registration by email is recommended so that everyone has the chance to plunge into the sound world.

From 2 p.m. at the Chachacha, Discofox and Salsa in the mirror room, the dance leg will be curved, followed by rhythmic drums on the Djembé until evening. But that's not the end of the offers! There is a lot to discover between 2:00 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. at the taster courses of the VHS - from "Wirewrapping", where creative hands are offered, to "writing Arabic" and "German language games". For everyone who likes to like it, Zumba and fitness dance are offered-and for the parents there is even an impronement that they can explore with their children.

Creative heads are also taken care of: at 5 p.m. a sewing workshop opens its doors! Here young and old hands can be creative together and explore the sewing device.

Technology fans get their money's worth in the digital room of the VHS: Here you sniff the world of 3D printing and can dive into the exciting world of virtual reality! A shortwark shop on the current topic of "digital estate" and a taster course in "mediation" complete the exciting offer.
