Telekom contradicts Höcke: Incorrect statement about advertising logan

Deutsche Telekom has rejected an assertion by the AfD politician Björn Höcke for the use of an alleged earlier advertising review of the company and examines legal steps. In the TV duel against the CDU politician Mario Voigt, Höcke claimed that Telekom used the sentence "Everything for Germany" as an advertising saying, which the company described as wrong.

The sentence "Everything for Germany" in question is a forbidden solution of the SA, the paramilitary fighting organization of the NSDAP. Because of the use of this slogan in a speech, Höcke will have to answer for the allegation of using indicators in Halle next week.

Telekom had already taken legal steps against AfD federal spokeswoman Alice Weidel last year, who had made similar claims on the company's promotion of advertising. Weidel was asked to refrain from this and to refrain from the untrue.

Höcke, who works as a history teacher, justified his choice of words during the TV duel and stated that when the sentence was used, it was not known that it was a SA slogan. He described the sentence as a "common saying".
