Spandau playgrounds 2024: Project \ Room for children's dreams \ invites you!

The District Office Spandau is once again inviting you to the Spandau playground days as part of the “Room for Children's Dreams” project. From May 4 to June 1, 2024, visitors can experience small festivals with varied and exciting offers on 21 different public playgrounds in the Spandau district. City Councilor Thorsten Schatz emphasizes the importance of the playground days for the promotion of safe, clean and attractive playgrounds as well as the commitment of the volunteer playground sponsors and project partners.

A special highlight for the opening of the playground days is the children's festival at the Spandau Altstadtmarkt on May 4, 2024. The festival is organized together with the partner for Spandau Society for District Marketing MBH and offers a variety of attractions such as puppet theater, bouncy castles, slides and a playground puzzle competition. Various spandau clubs and organizations also enable offers to participate and try it out. The police also offer a bicycle coding in which visitors can have their bicycles coded - they have to bring their ID card and the purchase receipt.

The exact dates and locations of the 16th Spandau playground days can be found on the website www.raum-fuer-kindertraeume.de. Flyers are also available in the Spandau town hall to inform the population about the events.

The Spandau playground days are a long -term tradition in Spandau and offer families the opportunity to spend time outdoors together and discover the diverse playground offers in the district. With the support of the volunteer playground sponsors and project partners, the playground days can take place every year and bring joy to the visitors.
