Afghanistan Committee invites you to the City Hall Spandau for the opening event - women's strengthening in Berlin

The Afghanistan Committee for Peace, Reconstruction and Culture e.V. has invited to a kick -off event and project presentation in the town hall of Spandau. The project is entitled "Women Empower Women" and brings together newly arrived female local powers from Afghanistan with women already living in Spandau. The aim of the project is to convey knowledge to the newly arrived women and to support them in their endeavor to a self -determined and independent life in Berlin Spandau. In addition, the project offers a platform for networking to counteract loneliness and exchange experiences. The Senate Department for Urban Development, Building and Living supports the project as part of a fine pilot project from 2023-2025. The integration department at the Spandau district office supports the project professionally. Interested parties are invited to learn more about the project, starting points and cooperation opportunities. The event takes place in the Citizens' Hall of the Spandau district. In order to be able to plan, registration is requested by email by November 10th, 2023.
