In a groundbreaking development, the world's first catalog chat bot was developed for the association of public libraries Berlin (VöBB). The chat bot is able to speak over 90 languages ​​and offers simple recommendations for media from the catalog. With its ability to reduce barriers in the catalog and improve the accuracy of the media when searching for media, the chatbot is an innovative solution for library users.
