Delegation from Berlin visits partner city of Melle
The Lower Saxony city of Melle and the Berlin district of Reinickendorf recently celebrated the 60th anniversary of their friendly relationships, which were officially sealed in a city partnership in 1988. Melle visited a five-member delegation from Reinickendorf, led by district mayor Emine Demirbüken-Wegner, for a two-day festival weekend. Jutta Dettmann has been mayor in Melle since 2021 and she warmly received the delegation.
