BSR Kieztag on Marie-Schlei-Platz: Community clearing out in Berlin-Tegel
On Thursday, April 4, 2024, the next BSR Kieztag takes place in Berlin-Tegel, organized by the district office in cooperation with the Berlin city cleaning (BSR). From 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., the citizens have the opportunity to hand over bulky waste, electrical equipment and old textiles on site free of charge. A special highlight of the Kieztag is the BSR exchange and gib market, in which used items can be handed over, which could still be useful for others.
The BSR Kieztage are part of an initiative to improve city soiling. They serve as a collaborative clearing campaign to bring neighborhoods together and create clean and tidy residential areas. These actions promote exchange, give away and share in the community. District City Councilor Julia Schrod-Thiel (CDU) emphasizes the importance of the exchange and gift market and will be on site to get an idea of the action.
The BSR Kieztag also offers the opportunity to find out more about further environmental issues and to strengthen awareness of a sustainable lifestyle. Interested parties can find more information about the Kieztags and the campaigns on the BSR website at www.bsr.de/meinkieztag.
As a table, relevant information on past BSR-Kieztage as well as the collected garbage quantities or additional environmental campaigns could be listed in order to illustrate the progress and effects of these actions on the local community.
