On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, the master plan for the preparation of the installation decision for the development plan (B-Plan) 3-99, "Alte Schäferei-Schönerlinder Straße" was presented in the district council (BVV) Pankow. The development agency, the Treucon/Gewobag Project Development Schönerlinder Straße GmbH & Co.KG, is planning a new city district with 2,000 - 2,500 apartments on a 28.6 hectare property.
