Master plan for new city quarters presented in Pankow

Am Mittwoch, dem 24. April 2024 wurde in der Bezirksverordnetenversammlung (BVV) Pankow der Masterplan zur Vorbereitung des Aufstellungsbeschlusses für den Bebauungsplan (B-Plan) 3-99, „Alte Schäferei-Schönerlinder Straße“ vorgestellt. Der Entwicklungsträger, die TREUCON/Gewobag Projektentwicklung Schönerlinder Straße GmbH & Co.KG, plant ein neues Stadtquartier mit 2.000 – 2.500 Wohnungen auf einem 28,6 Hektar großen Grundstück. Neben Wohnungen und gewerblichen Nutzungen sollen auch eine Gemeinschaftsschule, Kitas, Mobility-Hubs und soziale Infrastruktur geschaffen werden. Ein großer Anteil der Wohnungen wird mietpreis- und belegungsgebunden sein, um eine durchmischte Bevölkerungsstruktur zu fördern. Familien mit mittleren Einkommen sollen ebenfalls profitieren. The development agency, the Treucon/Gewobag Project Development Schönerlinder Straße GmbH & Co.KG, is planning a new city district with 2,000 - 2,500 apartments on a 28.6 hectare property. The design of the neighborhood attaches importance to a varied composition of green areas and construction bodies in order to promote a good neighborhood. The master plan builds on the framework plan of the Pankow district office in February 2023 and was carried out by the CKSA office | Christoph Kohl City Planner Architects created.
