New work environment in the urban development office brings changes

In the course of a realignment in the urban development office in Pankow, there are larger spatial restructuring. These changes have an impact on the consultation hours of the measurement department, which will be omitted from July 19 to August 16, 2024. The reason for this is removals of employees and renovation work that are necessary to accommodate additional staff from the housing office. During this time, written and digital applications will continue to be processed, but long processing times should be expected.

In addition to the measurement department, the other departments of the urban development office are also affected by the moves. The exact time windows for these changes have not yet been determined. A separate report on any further failures of office hours and advice will be made at a later date.
