Neuköllner Musiktage 2024: Invitation to the final concert in the 'Ton-Halle'

The 14th Neukölln Music Days of the schools take place from February 19 to 23, 2024. The highlight is the final concert on February 23 at 6:00 p.m. in the clay hall of the Albert-Einstein-Gymnasium. The concert is opened with greetings from school councilor Karin Korte and headmaster Wolfgang Gerhardt. It is emphasized that all resources of the Neukölln schools involved, from the ensemble conductors to the event technicians, from the trial rooms to the concert hall, from the musical instruments to the stage parts are provided. The pupils from primary and high schools can play together in six different ensembles. This includes orchestras, big band, pop choir, madrigal choir, wind orchestra and world music. Nine schools are involved, including the Albert-Einstein-Gymnasium, Albrecht-Dürer-Gymnasium, Rütli Campus, Clay School, Ernst-Abbe-Gymnasium, Fritz-Karsen-Schule, Walter-Gropius School, Wetzlar School and Schätzelberg School Tempelhof. The project management is located with Uwe Fischer and Jörg Dieckmann from the Albert-Einstein-Gymnasium. Admission to the final concert is free.

These music days are supported by the district office, education, culture and sport and regional school supervision Neukölln.

The Neukölln music days of the schools offer the pupils a unique opportunity to present their musical talents and to be on stage together. It is a wonderful way to promote cooperation between schools and to celebrate young people's musical skills.
