cultural support in difficult times

The children's summer theater is part of a larger trend. In the past, especially during the challenges by Corona, many Berlin theater have revised their concepts to remain mobile even under panda manners. The development of hygiene concepts and the use of open spaces for open-air performances were and are elementary for the return of such events. In the 2020/2021 season, numerous theaters were also faced with falling number of spectators, which made sustainable financial support necessary.

The district office and the Youngarts youth art school show with this offer that they encounter the current challenges with commitment and creativity. The children's summer theater not only offers an entertaining art enjoyment, but also a safe environment for the children to enjoy the theater season and learn important social skills.
