From September 6th to September 10th, 2024, the world's largest electronics fair IFA in Berlin, where innovative technology and user -friendliness are the focus. This year the IFA celebrates its 100th anniversary and moves numerous visitors to the radio tower lounge, which will be the heart of the latest developments in audio technology.

An outstanding topic at the fair is the new smart hearing aid Resound Nexia ™, which can not only score with the latest medical technology, but also impresses with its appealing design. Thanks to the integration of the new Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) Audio standards and Auracast ™, it is the world's first of its kind to combine exceptional sound quality with practical functions. This hearing aid is particularly intended for people with different hearing loss and comes in different designs, including the tiny Microric variant that is hardly noticeable.

An important trend that responds to resound with its products is the increasing acceptance of hearing aids. Statistics show that every tenth German is affected by hearing loss and this technology is increasingly accepted as part of everyday life. With devices that meet modern requirements for connectivity and user -friendliness, Resound creates new opportunities for a better listening experience.

The Auracast ™ technology enables audio information, such as announcements or television tone, to be sent to many recipients at the same time. This creates new applications in many areas, from public transport to educational institutions, and ensures that information is accessible to everyone, regardless of their hearing status.

The innovative accessories that resound presents is also particularly noteworthy. The new TV streamer+ enables users to stream the television tone directly into its hearing aids. Studies have shown that hearing aid wearers can understand the TV program by up to 56 percent better through this technology, even in loud surroundings. In addition, an external microphone is presented with the modern multi-MIC+, which makes communication considerably easier in meetings or public events.
