The new Radioeins podcast "Music is a weapon" tells the story of Ton Steine Shallen-from the beginning as a political rock band to the solo career of her singer Rio Reiser to its importance today. The eight -part series starts on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Author and journalist Philip Meinhold ("Who shot Burak?", "My friend flea") leads through the consequences as a host. He meets former members of the band and interviews companions such as Claudia Roth and Anette Humpe. And he uses recordings of the late singer Rio Reiser, who have never been published on this scope.
