Round table Moabit celebrates the 15th anniversary with great festival

Die Bezirksbürgermeisterin von Mitte, Stefanie Remlinger, informiert über das bevorstehende 15. Jubiläum des Runden Tischs für Senior*innenarbeit Moabit, das unter ihrer Schirmherrschaft steht. Das Jubiläum wird unter dem Motto „Zukunft gemeinsam gestalten – 15 Jahre (Runder Tisch) Senior*innenarbeit“ gefeiert und lädt Alt und Jung herzlich dazu ein, an der Veranstaltung teilzunehmen. Das Fest wird im Rahmen der 50. Berliner Senior*innenwoche stattfinden und zahlreiche Moabiter Organisationen und Initiativen der Senior*innenarbeit werden ihre Angebote zur Freizeitgestaltung, Gesundheit, Pflege, Sprach- und Leseförderung sowie Digitalisierung vorstellen. The district mayor of Mitte, Stefanie Remlinger, informs about the upcoming 15th anniversary of the round table for senior work Moabit, which is under her patronage. The anniversary is celebrated under the motto "Designing the future - 15 years (round table) senior work" and invites you to take part in the event. The festival will take place as part of the 50th Berlin senior week and numerous Moabiter organizations and initiatives of the senior work will present their offers for leisure activities, health, care, language and reading funding as well as digitization.

The round table senior work Moabit was founded in 2009 and has since developed to a fixture in Moabit. Once a quarter, the members meet to talk about the interests of the senior citizens and to develop suitable offers. The trusting cooperation in the network is very much appreciated by everyone and the coordination is now in the district coordinations in Moabit.

The anniversary festival will take place on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 2 to 6 p.m. in front of the Tiergarten town hall, Mathilde-Jacob-Platz 1, 10551 Berlin. Visitors can look forward to a colorful cultural program with readings, concerts and scenic representations, as well as the appearance of the well -known choir High Fossility. The physical well -being is taken care of with coffee and cake.
