New classrooms in the Charlotte Pfeffer School: MEB usable from December

A big day for the Charlotte Pfeffer School! On Wednesday, November 13, 2024, the modular supplementary construction (MEB) was accepted - a milestone for education in the district! This state -of -the -art facility will be used by students from December 2, 2024 and offers urgently needed rooms for the formation of young talents.

During the handover of the building by the Senate Department for Urban Development, Building and Living to the School and Sports Office, District Councilor for School and Sport, Benjamin Fritz, was enthusiastic: "After the inauguration of the paradise garden in September, we are proud to have completed the modular supplementary construction!" for students with special educational needs.

The Meb, which was built by Wandtke Heinold Project Management - advisory Ingenieure PartGmbH, will not only expand the educational horizon of the students, but will also reduce the waiting lists for learners with special needs. "We make a further contribution to relieving the great demand for school places," Fritz assured that the new rooms in school are overdue.

Preparations for moving to the new classrooms are already in full swing. The move is planned for the end of November and the students can look forward to a fresh learning environment.
