An exciting event for all creative minds in Berlin-Mitte! The district culture fund Mitte is back in the starting blocks and calls for the application. Until 15. January 2025 projects and ideas can be submitted that want to enrich the artistic life in our district. District Mayor Stefanie Remlinger now gives the start for a year full of art, culture and creativity!
This funding, supported by the Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion, is a golden opportunity for artists from all divisions! No matter whether visual arts, theater, dance, music, literature, media or architecture - innovative projects with up to 10,000 euros can be supported.

The district culture fund Mitte has set itself the task of strengthening the cultural infrastructure in Berlin-Mitte and promoting a lively art scene. Projects that deal with the urban challenges of the district or drive the networking of local cultural institutions are particularly in demand. Projects that are dedicated to regional history are also welcome!
The application for funding is easily via an online application form that the actors can easily fill out. But that's not all! All documents must be sent to the district office by post to ensure that nothing is lost in the digital jungle. The address is:

The most exciting projects will be selected in spring 2025 by a jury from experts from various art disciplines. This legal assembly is expected to take place in the 8th calendar week 2025. Be ready to present your creative visions!
In addition, on 3. December 2024 at 2:00 p.m. offered an online information event in which interested parties can experience everything about the application process. Questions can be asked here and important information can be collected. Registration is absolutely necessary!
