Citizens' Office Biesdorf-Center: Closure for construction work by May 2024
from Monday, March 4th to Friday, May 3, 2024, the Biesdorf-Center will be closed due to construction work. The measures are necessary to remedy the water damage that arose in autumn last year. There will be replacement appointments for citizens who had already booked appointments in the Biesdorf-Center Citizens' Office. From March 11, 2024, you can make appointments in the other citizens' offices in the district. In addition, personal documents and driver's licenses completed in the Helle Mitte Citizens' Office can be picked up from March 4, 2024 without making an appointment beforehand.During the closure of the Biesdorf-Center Citizenship Office, the citizens' offices of Marzahner Promenade and Helle Mitte will offer their services as usual and increase their offerings from March 11, 2024 to create compensation.
It is asked for understanding that the construction work and the securing of the ability to work on Elsterwerdaer Platz have priority. From May 6, 2024, the Biesdorf-Center citizens' office will be open again.
The addresses of the citizens' offices mentioned and their opening times are listed in the following table:

| Biesdorf-Center | Elsterwerdaer Platz 3, 12683 Berlin | closed (March 4 - May 3, 2024) |
| Marzahner Promenade | Marzahner Promenade 1, 12679 Berlin | The familiar opening times |
