In “work”, various professions and their importance in the nightly city landscape of Berlin are illuminated, from taxi drivers to drug dealers to emergency paramedics. The novel has been published by S. Fischer and focuses on the people who keep the city going at night.

Thorsten Nagelschmidt is not only a book author, but also graphic artist, singer, guitarist and copywriter of the punk/alternative rock band Muff Potter. Wlada Kolosowa is also a versatile artist and journalist who was already represented with her works at "Berlin reads a book".
