In the shocking case of the nine -year -old Peggy Knobloch, who had disappeared in 2001, whose remains were discovered in a forest in 2016, a dark chapter is rolled up. Peggy's mother, Susanne Knobloch, demands 75,000 euros in pain and suffering from a former neighbor, Manuel S., since he supposedly knew where the dead child was buried. But the Hof district court rejected the lawsuit as unfounded in May 2024. Susanne Knobloch appealed, and now the Higher Regional Court Bamberg has to decide - at the earliest in December 2024.

mysterious bone finds

The investigators now reveal that the bones found in a forest consist of Peggys almost exclusively of their upper body. The lower body is completely missing, apart from a small piece of thigh bone with striking cut surfaces. This discovery raises the alarming question: Has Peggy's body deliberately cut? The police had not published this explosive information for a long time, which leads to speculation about possible cover -ups. Why were the authorities not transparently informed about the circumstances of the bone?

The investigators follow two hypotheses: either the bones were distributed by animals or the body was professionally cut. While the first theory was communicated, the second remained in the dark. This dramatic possibility could indicate serious crimes such as child abuse or organized crime. There are also connections to a member of the NSU, Uwe Böhnhardt, whose DNA was found at the site of Peggy's remains. This raises questions about possible entanglements in a larger criminal context.

The Peggy case remains unsolved, and the questions about the circumstances of their disappearance and the identity of the perpetrators are still open. The authorities are under pressure to bring the truth to light while the Knobloch family hopes for justice. Peggy's remains were handed over to her mother in 2022 and buried in a secret place. The search for answers continues.
