On Wednesday, February 14, 2024, the topping-out ceremony for 139 new apartments in Falkenberger Chaussee 95/99 took place in Neu-Hohenschönhausen. The housing association Howoge plans to build a high -rise building with floors and a two -storey base on a property around 4,000 square meters. The completion of the building is planned for the end of 2024. The supermarket previously housed on the property in a commercial building is integrated into the building and ensured the local supply of the neighborhood. A special special feature of the new building project in Hohenschönhausen is a green "city balcony" that is created on part of the roof area of ​​the ground floor. In addition, more than 500 square meters of green space with seating and playing areas for children and adolescents including work-out and climbing areas are created for residents.
