New sustainable initiative in Neu-Hohenschönhausen

A special event will take place in Neu-Hohenschönhausen on Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The district office in Lichtenberg, in cooperation with the Berlin city cleaning (BSR), invites the citizens to take part in the BSR Kieztag. This time the campaign at Biesenbrower Straße 39-45 in 13057 Berlin-Hohenschönhausen will be organized.

District City Councilor for Transport, Green Spaces, Order, Environment and Nature Conservation, Filiz Küllüoğlu (Bündnis90/The Greens) emphasizes the importance of this event: "Our BSR-Kieztage is very popular. The positive atmosphere of the BSR employees is all, and the residents appreciate the possibility of simply, free of charge and nearby I am very pleased.

Various objects can be handed over at the BSR Kieztag, including old wood, mattresses, electrical appliances, old furniture and textiles. However, tires, paints and colors, rubble, batteries and contaminated wood are not accepted. In parallel to the event, the Berlin city cleaning is organized by an exchange and gift market.
