Memory of the victims: Flag for Israel at the town hall in Lichtenberg

A symbolic act that moves the heart and mind! On Monday, October 7th, 2024 , at 10 a.m. , the flag of Israel will be hoisted on the town hall forecourt at Möllendorffstraße 6, 10367 to commemorate the sacrificial anniversary of the terrible anniversary of Hamas in Israel! A clear appeal for peace and forgetting!

But that's not all! This solemn moment is also intended to call the fate of hostages to the public, which are still under the violence of Hamas. A sad reality that must not be forgotten. The district of Lichtenberg set a sign in February 2024 by taking over the political sponsorship for talented violinist Agam Berger. A moving commitment that sets!

• Last but not least, on Monday, January 27, 2025 , the Holocaust Memorial Day is celebrated at the Lichtenberg Museum at Türrschmidtstraße 24, 10317 Berlin. Here it will be remembered for the mandatory program!
