Lichtenau, October 08, 2024 - In a gripping effort for the good cause, the Lichtenau mineral sources have again committed themselves to the mission to enable disadvantaged children and families to have a healthy lunch! Together with SOS Children's Villages in Zwickau, Gera and Berlin, the "Lightblows" campaign will be launched in order to donate 12 cents to these important projects for each sold out-of-day action for the lively Lichtenau mineral water. The campaign runs until the end of November and brings a breath of fresh air to the midday kitchens!

In the SOS Children's Village in Saxony in Zwickau, the social and intercultural lunch will not only ensure a full belly, but also relieve the families on site. The inviting atmosphere not only promotes new acquaintances, but also offers jobs and perspectives for the future!

In Gera, the lunch table runs in the relaxed Café Krümel, where socially disadvantaged people get the chance to enjoy a healthy and tasty meal. And not to forget - in Berlin this offer has long since developed into a hotspot for young and old, a lively meeting point that brings families, single people and specialists together! "We see here how people meet without prejudices and build new relationships. Our offers also offer simple access to healthy nutrition," says Barbara Winter from the SOS Children's Village Berlin, which enthusiastically supports the initiative.

It is impressive that the Lichtenau mineral sources have been strong on the side of the SOS Children's Village e. V. stand! In incredible 16 years you have promoted over 40 projects with a whopping 366,000 euros - from playgrounds and school social work to exciting leisure activities! Paul K. Korn, Managing Director of the Lichtenau mineral sources, emphasizes: "We want to give disadvantaged children and families the opportunity to develop in a safe environment. This action is a central pillar of our efforts to make the social landscape strong in our region!"

The calls to participate in "Lightsleings" are on everyone's lips! On the 1.0-liter PET reusable bottles of the Lichtenau mineral water, striking action labels can be found, which everyone can admire in the supermarket. And the lucky hunters can look forward to the chance to win the great Herrnhut stars in participating markets! In the spirit of the good act, the campaign is accompanied by a variety of advertising measures that range from large-scale posters to digital advertising to radio spots and an active social media campaign on Facebook and Instagram!
