<p> Στο Prenzlauer Berg, η προγραμματισμένη κατασκευή ενός κτιρίου υψηλών κτιρίων σταμάτησε επειδή θα μπορούσε να υπάρξει μια επικείμενη κατάσταση έκτακτης ανάγκης. Το σχέδιο για την οικοδόμηση ενός κτιρίου υψηλού κτιρίου στη λαϊκή περιοχή συναντήθηκε με βίαιη αντίσταση μεταξύ του πληθυσμού. <p> Ένας εκπρόσωπος της πρωτοβουλίας των πολιτών υπογράμμισε ότι ήταν σημαντικό να διατηρηθεί η ποιότητα ζωής και ο χαρακτήρας του τριμήνου. Η διακοπή του κτιρίου υψηλής χρήσης θα μπορούσε να εξασφαλιστεί μακροπρόθεσμα.
