Cheese festival in Berlin: craftsmanship cheese and more in the market hall nine - now discover!

around 25 producers have closed their specialty shops and left the ripening cellar to travel to Kreuzberg and present their cheese!

For the eleventh time, everything is about manual cheese in the market hall nine. This year's motto: "Time". Yummy! Because time (and patience) is a particularly important ingredient in the production of Edamer, Vacharin or Jersey Blue.

In addition to sales and tastings, a lot of exciting things can be experienced in workshops and talks all -round old milk. For the first time there is also an exhibition. Artist Raik Hölzel aka "Fårce Raik" shows: "Exponation: cheese". Installations are issued on the subject, with cheese by Sabine Jürß and Stephan Ryffel.
