From the foundation in 2019 to the present, Gropyus collected more than 300 million euros in equity at an impressive speed. In the pulsating capital Berlin, a residential building with 27 units is built for Buwog Bauträger GmbH, a subsidiary of the real estate giant Vonovia SE. In the picturesque Immendingen, in the south of Baden-Württemberg, the first Gropyus residential area is created-an ensemble of nine buildings with a total of 99 apartments.
