On September 24, 2024, the Theater at Frankfurter Tor in Berlin turned into an inspiring corner of leadership skills! The first B-Steps Summit attracted managers, company managers and HR professionals from all over the region who were looking for a mixture of efficiency and joy at the workplace. Everything about the exciting topic: "Leading with joy and lightness"!
Under the jumping feathers of the cleverness of personnel development experts and B-steps founder Rolf Hempel, the participants took part in a day full of fascinating workshops, rousing lectures and interactive sessions.
