Guided tour with joy: insights from the 1st B-Steps Summit in Berlin

On September 24, 2024, the Theater at Frankfurter Tor in Berlin turned into an inspiring corner of leadership skills! The first B-Steps Summit attracted managers, company managers and HR professionals from all over the region who were looking for a mixture of efficiency and joy at the workplace. Everything about the exciting topic: "Leading with joy and lightness"!

Under the jumping feathers of the cleverness of personnel development experts and B-steps founder Rolf Hempel, the participants took part in a day full of fascinating workshops, rousing lectures and interactive sessions. The motto? Not only to demand efficiency, but also to combine it with joy! For this purpose, special management methods were presented that not only heat up productivity, but also raise the working atmosphere.

impressive atmosphere in the theater

Johannes Hallervorden, the host and actor, ensured the perfect ambience to conquer the hearts of those present. In his theater, he emphasized the elementary meaning of harmony in the team: "I am a very big fan of internal harmony. To create a work environment in which everyone can feel good and in which everything can be addressed openly is essential for me." His words created an atmosphere that literally called for cooperation!

The response among the participants was consistently positive. They reported valuable knowledge and practical impulses that can be integrated into everyday work immediately. One participant got to the point: "Personnel management and the familiarization of new employees need competencies in methodology and didactics. Rolf Hempel conveys them very practical." The event, supported by the partners The Future Past and PC-College , was celebrated as informative, varied and simply exciting!

an attentive advice from Hallervorden

At the crowning conclusion of the day, Johannes Hallervorden still had an important indication for the managers: "Always make sure that your employees do not come up with the idea not to like you." An advice that will remain in the memory and the participants stimulated to think!

Due to the surprisingly positive feedback, the next B-Steps Summits in Berlin are already being planned for 2025 and 2026. The focus will continue to focus on the current challenges in employee management, artificial intelligence and corporate culture.
