Winter Academy in Friedrichshain: Creative courses for children!

The Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg youth art school starts with an exciting program under the motto "ice break" during the winter holidays. From February 3 to 7, 2025, each from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., children can take part in a variety of creative courses at the Fri-X Berg youth art school, located on Tempelhofer Ufer 18-19/Obentrautstraße 56 in Berlin. District Mayor Clara Herrmann announced that the participants have the opportunity to live out their imagination and experiment with various materials such as pencil, paper, sound and acrylic paints. On the last day, Friday, at 1 p.m., a presentation of the works created takes place. Participation in the workshops is free of charge, but a voluntary material subsidy of 30 euros is requested, such as [berlin.de] (https://www.berlin.de/ba-friedrichshain-kreuzberg/aktuelles/pressemitteilungen/2025.

A colorful offer awaits the small creative minds, such as different workshops in the field of drawing, painting and photography. Special highlights are the "Comic & Zines" workshop, where the participants learn to design their own stories in a booklet, and the popular "Slime Workshop", in which impressive slime is produced in different colors and textures. The "free workshop principle" allows different art forms to combine and spontaneously live out your own creativity. In addition, the children can get to know the Japanese cartoon in the "Mangas drawing" workshop and create their own stories, as frixberg.de.

The youth art school not only offers well -equipped interiors, but also a spacious outdoor area, ideal for creative activities and play options. The Winter Academy promises to become a highlight for young artists and creative minds in Berlin.
