Overwhelming view of Berlin: Photographs by the artist Birgit Kleber in old fire station!

In the heart of Berlin, a fascinating photo exhibition entitled "The Wall" by the renowned artist Birgit Kleber is presented in the project room of the old fire station. The opening of this exhibition, which offers a unique view of the upheavals after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, will take place on Friday, September 27th at 7 p.m. District Mayor Clara Herrmann informs about this outstanding cultural event, which is of great historical interest.

The exhibition extends from September 28th to November 17th, 2024 and offers visitors the opportunity to experience the changes and emotions of this moving time through the lens of Birgit Kleber. The photographs of glue show the openness and uncertainty that were felt after the wall in Berlin. The exhibition aims to capture the essence of this turbulent time and to capture the multitude of emotions and reactions that people experienced.

In addition to the impressive photographs, there will also be an artist talk on October 31 at 7 p.m., in which Birgit Kleber will talk to the gallery owner and curator Michael Biedowicz about their work and the background of their photographs.
