Youth Festival Park Attack: A festival for creative development in Friedrichshain

On Friday, September 13, 2024, the dog decotion on Ostbahn 9 in Berlin-Friedrichshain transforms into a living space for young talents. From 4 p.m. the annual youth festival Park Attack invites all young people aged 14 and over to experience the diversity and creativity of open youth work.

The festival is organized by open youth work and youth social work in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, which are characterized by their commitment and programs. This annual event serves to promote creative development and social interaction between youth. At a time when digitization and anonymous online interactions are becoming increasingly important, Park Attack is an important point of contact for personal encounters.

  • Location: Dog Shit Spot, on the Ostbahn 9, 10243 Berlin
  • Zeit: Friday, September 13, 2024, from 4 p.m.

District City Council for Youth, Family and Health, Max Kindler, emphasizes the importance of such events: "The youth leisure facilities of our district offer safe anchor points for numerous children and young people. With this event we would like to underline the quality of our offers and to express themselves creatively."

The festival will be a shop window for local talents. Youth bands, rappers and dance groups will be on stage and present their skills. The audience can look forward to exciting appearances that promote the exchange and networking under the same age.

In addition, there will be numerous action stands where the facilities present their offers. These small actions are an excellent opportunity for young people to find out more about creative workshops, sports offers and social projects and possibly discover new interests.

The Park Attack Festival not only represents a highlight in the event calendar Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, but also reflects a positive trend in youth work: returning to community experiences and appreciation for local culture and creativity. The goal is to offer young people a platform on which they present themselves and at the same time get to know the possibilities that their city has to offer.

Contact for further information is possible via the media contacts provided. The festival promises to become a place of encounter, creative expression and the common joy.
