Benedikt von Imhoff appointed as the new head of economics at dpa

The journalist Benedikt von Imhoff will become head of the business editorial team at the German Press Agency (dpa) from January 1. Benedikt von Imhoff, who was born in Cologne in 1980, had been heading the DPA office in London for four years and was responsible for the DPA team in Great Britain and Scandinavia. Previously, he worked in the Berlin business editorial team of the dpa and was a correspondent in Moscow and editor in Chemnitz. He completed a traineeship at the dpa after studying middle and new history, sinology and political sciences in Heidelberg and Beijing.
