Giffey explained that special attention is paid to simplifying and digitizing processes that were previously cumbersome. The planned changes promise a significant reduction in time and costs for companies.

The modernization of the administration will also adjust the application process for start -up aids and the display of the sale of small fireworks. These measures are part of a more comprehensive strategy that Giffey has declared her goal of making Berlin more attractive and competitive as a business location.
