Surprising 33 percent of the communication professional surveyed see disinformation as the greatest risk factor in corporate communication! No wonder that the false information that circulation on the Internet works like a virus that undermines the public's trust. Almost as important is disguising errors , which often ends as a catastrophic decision -making error - both for the reputation and for the finances of a company.
And that's not all. With 28 percent, the personal misconduct of managers at the top of the list. In times of social media, scandals can escalate rapidly and become a handbrake for companies.
