Great tension in the mobility world! The German Mobility Prize 2024 is just around the corner and has put the most outstanding projects on the shortlist. At a time when innovative traffic solutions are more in demand than ever, these 12 pioneering ideas show how we can shape the mobility of the future.

on 21. October 2024 it says: stage free in Frankfurt am Main! Federal Minister Dr. Volker Wissing and Parliamentary State Secretary Daniela Kluckert will announce the award winners in a solemn framework. Who will take the coveted award home? The tension increases!

revolutionary projects in four categories

The shortlist contains fascinating approaches that range from digital transformation to new mobility solutions. In the category digital transformation and KI there are highlights such as:

  • futurail - the future self -driving trains that our rails could soon conquer!
  • moveon - an initiative that bundles and revolutionizes cycling data for Germany.
  • Smartais -an obstacle recognition app that opens up new ways of blind and visually impaired people.

But that's just the beginning! In the category new mobility solutions fight, among other things:

  • bonvoyo - a payment method that helps employers manage mobility budgets.
  • kira -autonomous public transport vehicles that are operated by AI.
  • nemo.bil - networked vehicles for public needs that make everyday life easier!

And it will be even more exciting! During the ceremony, the spectators have the opportunity to coordinate for their favorite! The live voting creates a rousing atmosphere in which everyone can vote for the most innovative projects. From 20. October 2024 , at 12.30 p.m., interested parties can submit their votes on the website of the German Mobility Prize. The vote ends shortly before the award ceremony!

The German Mobility Prize is one of the most important awards in the digital mobility industry. The Federal Ministry of Digital and Transport (BMDV) annually rewardes creative technology solutions that help shape tomorrow.
