Experience two open-air concerts of the Tuba Vibe Project of the City West Music School for the year of Tuba. Saturday, September 28, 2024, in the Nature Conservation Center Ökowerk and Sunday, September 29, 2024, in the Grunewald hunting lodge. Free participation in any weather with indoor option.
Tuba Vibes Project: Open -Air concerts in City West - free of charge and nominated with jazz & blues award
The music school City West presents the Tuba Vibes Project with two unique open-air concerts as part of the year of the Tuba. On Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 4:30 p.m., music lovers can enjoy the first concert in the Nature Conservation Center Ökowerk (Teufelsseechaussee 22). The second concert will take place on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at 4 p.m. in the Grunewald (Hüttenweg 100) hunting lodge.
The Tuba Vibes Project is presented by Christof Griese (Saxophone, Flute), Franz Bauer (Vibrafon), Stefan Gocht (Tuba) and Leon Griese (drums). The project was launched in March 2004 and received a nomination for Jazz & Blues Award Berlin in 2007.
The concerts are part of the outside of the city initiative and offer an indoor alternative in bad weather. Entry to the concerts is free to enjoy music enthusiasts from the region.
