Film evening with discussion: Inglourious Basterds Experience in Delphi Lux!

Great cinema art awaits us in December! 🎬 on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 6 p.m. , the education center for sustainable development of the district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf in the Kino Delphi Lux at the Zoologisches Garden train station A real classic: Quentin Tarantino's masterpiece "Inglourious Basterds". And that's not all!

The gripping plot

The story takes place in a France occupied by Nazis, where Shoshanna Dreyfus has to experience unimaginable horror through the most brutal Nazi Colonel, Hans Landa. After the cruel murder of her family, she narrowly managed to escape to Paris. There she transforms into a cinema owner and struggles for a new identity in a country characterized by fear.

At the same time, there is the determined officer Aldo Raine, who puts together a group of Jewish soldiers who are preparing for a brutal revenge campaign against the Nazis and their accomplices. A film about courage, retaliation and the power of the cinema that stimulates thinking!

Film & Talk #2030 - more than just a film evening!

"Film & Talk #2030" takes place every first Friday of the month and presents both feature films and documentaries on the agenda of the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations. After the demonstration, the audience has the opportunity to talk to filmmakers, initiatives and experts and to share their thoughts.
