Captivating reading with jazz: Romanesque café of the 20s

In the Ingeborg Bachmann library, visitors can expect a special reading with jazz accompaniment. On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 7 p.m., Stella Maria Adorf will recite texts by well-known authors such as W. Koeppen, E. Lasker-Schüler, K. Tucholsky and many others on the subject of "Romanesque café in the 1920s".

The reading is musically framed by the band "Art of Jazz", consisting of Christof Griese on saxophone and flute, Tal Balshai on the piano, Horst Nonnenmacher on the bass and Leon Griese on drums. This combination of jazz and prose promises an extraordinary evening full of artistic impressions.

A special highlight: entry to this event is free, which offers everyone interested to become part of this cultural experience. The reading with jazz accompaniment is made by the City West music school in cooperation with the Kiez alliance Klausenerplatz e. V. and the Ingeborg Bachmann library organized.

So visitors can expect an evening full of literary and musical highlights in a unique atmosphere. Don't miss!
