Bushido vs. Abou-chaker: fraud scandal escalated in court!

The former friendship between rapper Bushido and Arafat Abou-Chaker has escalated into a bitter legal dispute. The ex-manager Abou chaker faces serious allegations of fraud that are negotiated in the Frankfurt Regional Court (Oder). In this new process, Bushido testified as a witness and accused Abou-Chaker, together with his brother, "looted" 180,000 euros from a common account of a real estate company, such as Der Tagesspiegel reported.

The focus of the procedure is alleged that Abou chaker has used fake invoices from a non-existent construction company to justify illegal payments. These amounts, which Bushido referred to as "bogus invoices", are said to have flowed directly into the own pockets of AboU chakers. According to the public prosecutor, Abou chaups have illegally removed funds from a common society due to these machinations. The 48-year-old initially denied every statement in court.

The judges were also surprised by the many details that Bushido revealed over their former way together. However, the presiding judge warned Bushido several times to refrain off.

Abou chaker and Bushido have not only had a business relationship; Abou chaker was even the best man at Bushido's wedding. The case brings many layers to emotional and financial conflicts to light that are now troubled by the former friends. The criminal chamber has decided to further examine the charges, whereby Abou-Chaker's presumption of innocence until the legally binding conviction applies, such as Berlin Live reported.
