A dramatic commitment of the federal police at the former border crossing Küstrin-Kietz told an exciting story of unauthorized transition and suspected smuggling activities! On Thursday morning, shortly after 10:30 a.m., the emergency services came across a Polish car that raised several questions. Inside the vehicle not only the 22-year-old driver, but also two men aged 21 and 37 as well as a 41-year-old Vietnamese.

What were these people really leading? The situation became explosive when it turned out that the driver came up with an expired Polish residence permit. In addition, all passing Vietnamese travel passes, provided with Hungarian visas. Where did they come from and what was their true goal? The occupants stated that they want to work in Germany and want to settle in the long term - but without the necessary papers to do this legally!

The federal police left nothing to be unexpected and took the four in custody to illuminate the circumstances. Investigations about the suspicion of unauthorized entry and stay were initiated immediately. Particularly explosive: Two of the Vietnamese travelers had already entered Germany illegally at the end of September!
