Bloody discussion in Wilhelmstadt: shot fell in the park!

On Tuesday night there was a dramatic discussion in Wilhelmstadt. At around 1:20 a.m., a witness alerted the police after a dispute between several people escalated in the park at the Ziegelhof and apparently a shot was fired. When the emergency services arrived, however, the participants had already disappeared. The police secured traces and found space cartridges that come from a PTB weapon.

A bloodstained 26-year-old man later drew attention to himself in a bar on Seeburger Strasse. He was strongly alcoholic and stated that he was injured by several people. Witnesses reported that he came from the direction of the park, where the argument had taken place. Previously, the man is said to have stolen a mobile phone in a bar on Wilhelmstrasse. The rescue workers took him to the hospital to treat his head and neck injuries. The investigation by the criminal police continues to find out whether the man's injuries are connected to the dispute in the park and whether he is actually responsible for theft.
