Legiendamm, 10179 Berlin, Deutschland - A 48-year-old man made a shocking scene in Berlin Mitte yesterday morning! Around 9 a.m. he began to address unsuspecting passers -by on the Legiankamm before storming into the public flower beds without warning and tore several plants. When an employee of the green area office asked him about it, the troublemaker insulted him and continued his way - until he fell into the water of the angel basin!
