On Monday afternoon, a shocking incident occurred in a back yard on Kochstrasse in Kreuzberg. A 38-year-old man exposed himself in front of a five-year-old. Fortunately, the child's mother noticed the stranger in good time and cried out to stop immediately. The perpetrator fled, but could be put on a bus on line M 29 a little later.

The man insulted the officials several times and refused to leave the bus. When trying to lead him outdoors, a police officer with the man fell to the ground and injured his knee. Despite the injury, the police officer remained on duty.

The suspect fought vehemently against the emergency services and tried to step until they managed to overwhelm him. The man was finally taken to the psychiatric department of a hospital.

The further investigation into this disgusting incident has taken over a specialist commissioner from the State Criminal Police Office.
